[origin: EP1815944A1] The method involves generating oscillatory movement of the cutting assembly parallel to the inner surface, which are proportional to oscillation parameter, so that portion of material removal raised through cutting assembly results from the oscillatory movement of the cutting assembly. The oscillatory movement for the generation of a material removal at the inner surface is controlled for the production of a pre determined design form of the drilling. An independent claim is also included for the honing machine.
