Abstract (en)

A method for the production of a composite part from two plastics, e.g. by injection moulding, involves making a first part from one plastic with elevations on one side, arranging the second part on the first with the elevations at the edge and then covering the elevations and the second part with a layer of the second plastic. A method for the production of a composite part (30, 90) from first and second moulded parts (10, 60; 15, 80) by injection moulding, compression injection moulding or in-mould injection of plastic material (8, 21), involves (a) making the first part (10, 60) from a first plastic (8) by one of the above processes so that there are elevation(s) (11, 47) on one side, (b) arranging the second part (15, 80) on the first part (10, 60) so that each elevation is on one edge (16, 81) of the second part and (c) applying a layer (20, 75) of the second plastic (21) to the second part (15, 80) (on the side opposite the first part (10, 60)) by one of the above processes in such a way that one surface of the elevation (11', 47') and also the second part itself (15, 80) are at least partly covered by this layer (20', 75') and the two plastic materials (8 and 21) form a joint which holds the two parts (10, 15; 60, 80) together at the elevation (11, 47). An independent claim is also included for a system for use in the above process, comprising (a) a first form tool (1, 40) for production of the first part (10, 60), with at least one elevation on one side of the tool, (b) a device for arranging the second part (15, 80) on the first as above and (c) a second form tool (12, 70) for applying a layer of the second material (21) on the opposite side of the second part as above, this tool being designed to produce coverage and bonding as described above.

Das Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Verbundteils (90) aus einem ersten Formteil (60) und einem zweiten Formteil (80) durch Spritzgiessen oder Spritzprägen oder Hinterpressen von Kunststoffmaterial (21) umfasst die folgenden Schritten: (a) Herstellen des ersten Formteils (60) aus einem ersten Kunststoff (8) durch Spritzgiessen oder Spritzprägen oder Hinterpressen des ersten Kunststoffs (8) derart, dass das erste Formteil (60) an einer Seite mindestens eine Erhebung (47') aufweist, (b) Entfernen eines Teilstücks (60.1) des ersten Formteils (60) durch Ausstanzen, Ausschneiden oder auf andere Weise und Anordnen des zweiten Formteils (80) an dem ersten Formteil (60) an Stelle des entfernten Teilstücks (60.1) derart, dass sich die jeweilige Erhebung (47') an einem Rand (81) des zweiten Formteils (80) befindet, und (c) Aufbringen einer Schicht (75') aus einem zweiten Kunststoff (21) auf dem zweiten Formteil (80) auf einer vom ersten Formteil (60) abgewandten Seite durch Spritzgiessen oder Spritzprägen oder Hinterpressen des zweiten Kunststoffs (21) derart, dass sowohl eine Oberfläche der Erhebung (47') als auch das zweite Formteil (80) mindestens teilweise von der Schicht (75') bedeckt wird und der erste Kunststoff (8) und der zweite Kunststoff (21) im Bereich der Erhebung (47') eine die beiden Formteile (60, 80) zusammenhaltende Verbindung eingehen.
