[origin: EP1816251A2] Spring clip for holding cables and accessories, e.g. sensors for measuring the dampness of washing, is attached to a washing machine casing. It is U-shaped and the upper section of its first arm (11) fits over the casing (6) while its lower section (12) grips it. The other arm (13) holds the cable. The accessory is attached to a one-piece mounting at the base of the clip.
