The drive motor integrated into a window frame (1), to lock and release the window (2) or open and shut it, has a moving coupling (11) between the drive motor (7) and the drive rod (9). In one setting, the coupling gives a positive fit lock between the motor and the drive rod and, in another setting, the connection is broken by the use of a manual drive unit (6).

Bei einer Antriebseinrichtung für einen in einem Rahmen (1) verriegelbaren Flügel (2) eines Fensters lässt sich ein Treibstangenbeschlag (3) wahlweise mittels einer im Flügel (2) angeordneten Handhabe (8) von Hand oder mittels eines im Rahmen (1) angeordneten motorischen Antriebs (7) antreiben. Bewegliche Koppelmittel (11) sind in einer ersten Stellung zur Erzeugung eines Formschlusses zwischen dem motorischen Antriebsmittel (7) und der Treibstange (9) und in einer zweite Stellung zur Lösung des Formschlusses ausgebildet. Die Antriebseinrichtung ist hierdurch besonders komfortabel zu bedienen.
