Abstract (en)

The box has a compensating spiral spring (4) whose outer end is integrated to a bar (16) by a clip . The bar is mounted movably in translation in two key holes (17) that are arranged in parallel manner closer to periphery of flanges. The bar has an end cooperating with the end of a finger (10) to maintain the finger at a distance from a notch (9) in normal state of the spring. The end of the bar is disassociated from the end of the finger after rupture of the spring to release the end of the finger driven by a return spring (18) towards the notch along radial direction.

La boîte à ressort (1) de dispositif antichute de rideau roulant à déplacement vertical comporte une bobine formée de deux flasques (3), sur laquelle est enroulé le rideau, tournant autour d'un arbre fixe (2), et un ressort de compensation (4) dont l'extrémité intérieure (5) est fixé sur cet arbre (2) et dont l'extrémité extérieure (6) est fixée sur une barrette (16) mobile en translation dans des boutonnières (17) agencées à la périphérie des flasques (3). L'extrémité de la barrette (16) joue le rôle de gâchette libérant le doigt (10) d'un verrou (8), solidaire des flasques (3), en direction d'une roue crantée (7) solidaire de l'arbre fixe (2), en cas de rupture du ressort (4). Le verrou (8), dont le doigt (10) possède un degré de liberté permettant la descente du rideau pas à pas après blocage, est un ensemble mécanique pré-assemblé en atelier. Application aux rideaux roulants motorisés ou mus à la main.
