The system has an intended sensor (22) designed to recognize a person or a vehicle approaching from outside to a rolling shutter (16) equipped buildings (10) and to control switching devices if necessary over an additional switching device to lower the shutter. The sensor has a movement alarm unit to differentiate between animals and humans. A trigger mechanism is intended, which is directly or indirectly actuated around the switching device by an authorized person to activate or deactivate directly over any additional switching device. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) supplementary part, which has a trigger mechanism for direct or indirect actuation to lower the shutter by an authorized person (2) actuation of a shutter system, which has a shutter with a driving motor, where switching device controls the lowering of the shutter.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Rollladensystem mit mindestens einem Rollladen und mit einem dem bzw. jedem Rollladen jeweils zugeordneten Antriebsmotor, der von einer zugeordneten Schalteinrichtung ansteuerbar ist, um den Rollladen heraufzuziehen oder herunterzulassen, und mit mindestens einem Sensor, der ausgelegt ist, um zu erkennen, ob sich eine Person oder ein Fahrzeug einem mit dem Rollladen bzw. mit den Rollläden ausgestatteten Gebäude von außen nähert, und um die Schalteinrichtung, gegebenenfalls über eine zusätzliche Schalteinrichtung, anzusteuern, um den Rollladen bzw. die Rollläden herunterzulassen. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung einen Nachrüstsatz für ein solches Rollladensystem sowie ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines solchen Rollladensystems.
