[origin: WO2006034720A1] A device (10) for applying adhesive to the ribbed side of corrugated cardboard (16), wherein the device (10) comprises a nozzle (15) which discharges liquid adhesive while the ribbed side of the corrugated cardboard moves past at a distance (A) below the nozzle(15). The distance (A) can be adjusted in such a way that adhesive is only applied to the ribbed side in the upper region of the ribs.
