Abstract (en)
The insole has a ridge (4) provided transverse to a longitudinal axis of the foot and extends over the entire breadth of the foot in the metatarsal region. Two wedge-shaped ridges (7, 8) are arranged in the inner and outer sides of the foot in the heel bone region. The highest points of the wedge-shaped ridges are provided at an outer edge of the insole. The ridges stimulate the nerves in the lumbar, pelvic and shoulder regions. An independent claim is also included for a shoe with an insole.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einlegesohle (1) mit auf der Oberseite (O) verteilt angeordneten Erhöhungen zur Stimulation von Nerven in bestimmten Fußzonen, wobei dass sich eine erste Erhöhung (4) quer zur Fußlängsachse im Bereich der Mittelfußknochen über mehr als 80%, insbesondere über die gesamte, Breite des Fußes im Bereich der Mittelfußknochen erstreckt, und im Bereich des vorderen Fersenbeins jeweils mindestens eine keilförmige Erhöhung (7,8) rechts und links im Bereich der Innen-(5) und Außenseite (6) des Fußes angeordnet sind, deren höchster Punkt (7', 8') jeweils am äußeren Rand der Sohle (1) ist.
