Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1820433A1] The seat has a seat ring (4) applied on a lavatory bowl (1) in a sealed manner, and including an air inlet (6) at its front and an air outlet at its rear. The outlet is connected to a mechanical ventilation via an air case and conduits (9, 10), where the conduit (10) is connected to a bypass (14) installed on a mechanical ventilation opening (15). A lid (11) has a lower edge (12) to close the air inlet when the lid is in closed position, and a handle (13) to prevent actuation of a flush tank (2) when the lid is in open position.
