A self-standing package (1) suitable for displaying an article (2), said package (1) comprising: (a) a compartment (3) comprising at least one sidewall (4) and suitable for housing said article (2), (b) a plurality of panels (5) integrally formed from a blank (6), said panels (5) being joined to each other along pre-determined hinge (7) and cut lines (8) comprised into said blank (6), said panels (5) being folded into a "chair-like configuration" comprising an aperture (9) adapted for receiving said compartment (3). wherein said package (1) is allowed to stand on said at least one sidewall (4).
