[origin: EP1820751A1] The device (1) has a U-shaped retaining profile (2) with a mounting hole for admission of a pin (13), a garbage bag retainer ring (4) for mounting the garbage bag whereby garbage bag retainer ring is pivotably fastened at the pin. The device also has a hood (5) with a night deposit slot (6). The hood is pivotably fastened at the pin and is formed such to enclose the garbage bag retainer ring. The hood has at its interior a retainer element (7) for fixing the garbage bag at the garbage bag retainer ring.
