The pile has expansible sheaths (2) covering end and part of the body of the pile, respectively, where the sheaths have the nature to confine a hardening grout (4). The sheaths form a compacting bulb at the end of the pile and make the pile adhere to the ground and the structures surrounding the pile. Injection pipes inject the grout independent of level of body and the end. An armature structure (1) is formed of an armature tube which is pierced at its lower part. An independent claim is also included for a method of anchoring pile in ground and reinforcing foundation.

L'invention concerne un pieu de fondation formé d'une structure d'armature (1) et de coulis durcissant (4), dont l'extrémité est munie d'un bulbe formé de coulis durcissant entouré d'une gaine expansible (2), ledit pieu étant pourvu d'au moins une gaine expansible enveloppant son extrémité et au moins une gaine expansible enveloppant au moins une partie de son corps, lesdites gaines étant de nature à confiner le coulis durcissant et, respectivement, formant un bulbe de compactage du sol à l'extrémité du pieu, et faisant adhérer le pieu au sol et/ou aux structures entourant le pieu. L'invention concerne également une méthode de renforcement de fondations impliquant la mise en place d'un pieu comprenant une structure d'armature, et l'injection de coulis durcissant au niveau du corps du pieu et/ou clans une gaine expansible à l'extrémité dudit pieu, du coulis durcissant étant injecté dans au moins une gaine expansible enveloppant une partie du corps dudit pieu, de manière à faire adhérer la/les gaine(s) expansibles au sol et/ou aux structures entourant le pieu, et dans au moins une gaine expansible enveloppant l'extrémité dudit pieu, de manière à former un bulbe de compactage du sol à l'extrémité du pieu.
