Abstract (en)
The electrical coupling unit (K) has a mechanical steady support, which has insertion holes running parallel to each other. The insertion holes are connected in mounting position at the striped ends of cable (1), which surrounds an insulation that forms a protective body around the connection side of the support. The halting flaps (11) are fixed at the connector sides of the support (5), which are locked with each other in the mounting position from the injection molding of protective body (14) closely on the insulation of the conductor (2,3) and damp proof pressure locks the support.

Es wird ein elektrisches Kupplungsteil (K) zum Anbringen an einer elektrischen Leitung (1) angegeben, das aus einem mechanisch stabilen Träger (5) aus Isoliermaterial besteht, der mindestens zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Durchgangslöcher (6,7) zur Aufnahme von elektrischen Kontaktteilen (8,9) aufweist, die in Montageposition an die abisolierten Enden von elektrischen Leitern (2,3) der Leitung (1) angeschlossen sind. Um das leitungsseitige Ende des Trägers (5) ist ein sich bis über die mit einem die Leiter (2,3) umschließenden Mantel (4) aus Isoliermaterial ausgerüstete Leitung (1) erstreckender, durch Spritzgießen erzeugter Schutzkörper (14) aus Isoliermaterial herumgeformt. Am leitungsseitigen Ende des Trägers (5) sind zu dessen Abdichtung zwei schwenkbar mit demselben verbundene Rastklappen (10,11) angebracht, die in Montageposition vor dem Spritzgießen des Schutzkörpers (14) unter dichter Anlage an der Isolierung der Leiter (2,3) miteinander verrastet sind und den Träger (5) druck- und feuchtigkeitsdicht verschließen.
