Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2006064120A1] The invention concerns a method for decorating an article comprising a step of preparing a cotton wool transfer sheet by printing with at least one thermoactivable ink, a transferring step by applying said sheet on the article to be decorated, and by heating the whole assembly. The invention is characterized in that the heating is carried out by dipping the article to be decorated associated with the transfer sheet in a non-ferrous metal alloy maintained at a nominal temperature for activating the thermoactivable ink. The invention also concerns an equipment for implementing said method.
