The emergency overflow (1) has a drain pipe (2) with a rectangular cross-section with a rectangular inflow opening (3), a mounting plate (5) and a baseplate (6) installed on the drain pipe, a connecting collar (4) installed on the mounting plate and the baseplate and fastened there, and a stemming element (7) which is fastened to the connecting collar and which with the mounting plate encompasses the inflow opening on all sides.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Notüberlauf (1) mit einem Abflussrohr (2), das einen rechteckigen Querschnitt mit einer rechteckigen Einströmöffnung (3) aufweist; mit einer Montageplatte (5) und einer Grundplatte (6), die am Abflussrohr (2) angeordnet sind; mit einer Anschlussmanschette (4), die an der Montageplatte (5) und an der Grundplatte (6) angeordnet und dort befestigbar ist; und mit einem Anstauelement (7), das auf der Anschlussmanschette (4) befestigt ist und mit der Montageplatte (5) die Einströmöffnung (3) allseits umgibt.
