[origin: FR2879946A1] The dispenser consists of first and second substrates (42, 46), the first having an aperture (40) for introducing a fluid, and the second equipped with a series of electrodes: a transfer electrode (44) at least partially facing the aperture; at least two droplet forming electrodes (50, 52); and at least one reservoir electrode (48) that is associated with the transfer and droplet forming electrodes and has a surface at least three times as great as each of the latter. A variant of the design can have at least one additional reservoir electrode with transfer electrodes situated between or associated with them.
