[origin: WO2006058813A1] The invention relates to a hand-held machine tool comprising a housing (12) and a tool (70) which is arranged thereon in a rotating manner and/or in such a way that it can be driven in an oscillatory manner. Said tool can be operated, in accordance with requirements, by an intake air flow, especially with a vacuum cleaner. The aim of the invention is to render one such machine-tool especially effective. To this end, a turbine (36) comprising a turbine wheel (38) is used as a drive, said turbine wheel being provided with means for settling inflowing or outflowing air, especially an inlet grating (74) and/or an outlet grating. The turbine wheel (38) is sealed from the turbine housing (60) by a labyrinth seal (51), said housing protecting the turbine (36) from loss of pressure.
