[origin: EP1830011A2] The holder has a fastening section (12) that is arranged perpendicular to a distance section (16), and a retaining section (21) for reinforcements (2, 3) that exhibit a retainer (22) with opening. The fastening section has a passage opening that defines a fastening axis (14) laterally spaced apart from the distance section. The retaining section perpendicularly protrudes from the distance section. The fastening axis of the passage opening is arranged on a side of the distance section, where the side of the distance section is turned away from the opening of the retainer.
