Abstract (en)
The device (1) has parts (8, 9) engaged behind respective edges during closing of a casement element e.g. door, where the device is made of plastic material. The parts have end parts with respective attachments deformable by contact with the edges so as to dampen the element. The attachments have a thickness lesser than the thickness of the respective end parts for being deformable due to plastic material, where one attachment has lateral arms, and another attachment (11) is beveled and forms a parallelogram.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de retenue provisoire d'un élément ouvrant sur la carrosserie d'un véhicule automobile, ledit élément ouvrant comprenant un logement comprenant un premier et un deuxième rebords, la carrosserie comprenant un logement, le dispositif de retenue comprenant des moyens de fixation (3) destinés à coopérer avec des moyens de fixation réciproques du logement de la carrosserie, ledit dispositif comprenant une première partie (8) destinée à s'engager derrière le premier rebord et une deuxième partie (9) destinée à s'engager derrière le deuxième rebord lors de la fermeture de l'élément ouvrant sur la carrosserie, la première (8) et/ou la deuxième (9) parties comprenant une partie extrême (10, 17) pourvue d'une patte (11, 18) déformable par le contact avec le premier et/ou le deuxième rebord de sorte à amortir l'élément ouvrant lors de sa fermeture sur la carrosserie.
