Abstract (en)

An initial treatment zone (1) in the direction (21) of web transport, is designed to force air through the textile web (7). Equipment removing used air from the air jet zones, is connected to this initial treatment zone, such that outgoing air is directed through the web. A fan (12) induces the outgoing air and is located near the initial zone, in order to draw it through the web, or force it through under pressure. First and second fans (11, 12) are used, the initial treatment zone being located between them. An independent claim is included for the corresponding method.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von textilen Warenbahnen (7) mit mehreren, aufeinander folgenden Behandlungszonen (1-6), die als Prallstrahlbelüftungszonen (2-6) ausgebildet sind sowie Mitteln (11) zum Ableiten der Abluft (10) der Prallstrahlbelüftungszonen. Weiterhin ist eine in Transportrichtung (21) der Warenbahn (7) vorgeschaltete Behandlungszone (1) als Durchlüftungszone ausgebildet, wobei die Mittel (11,12) zum Ableiten der Abluft (10) der Prallstrahlbelüftungszonen an die Durchlüftungszone (1) derart angeschlossen sind, dass die Abluft (10) durch die Warenbahn (7) geleitet wird.
