[origin: WO2006067822A1] A respiratory circuit connected with an inspiratory-expiratory line (I, E) of a life support machine (R), which separates at the beginning the gas emission for both lungs. On the circuit of one (LU1) of the two (LU1, LU2) lungs there is an inspiratory-expiratory valve (VI, VE) device with electromechanic command and electronic control (C, M) able to modulate the respiratory flows and pressures in the whole range of ventilator's pressures. Separated lung ventilation can be obtained, as well, with a ventilator provided of a double flow generator in which the respiratory lines of the two lungs are completely separated.
