[origin: WO2006072385A1] Disclosed is a fat-dissolving cleaner for hard surfaces, which has great foaming power and comprises an amine oxide surfactant, monoethanolamine and/or triethanolamine, a water-soluble organic solvent, water, and a cellulose-based polymer for increasing the adhesive stability of the foam. Said cleaner can be used in a spray bottle for cleaning hard surfaces and especially for removing burned or old grease stains in a method that encompasses the following steps: the cleaner is sprayed on, is let to react, and is wiped off with a moist cleaning cloth, sponge, or other common cleaning device once the foam has collapsed.
