Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1832536A1] The device (1) has a conveying path formed by a conveying device with a conveyor roller for loading a separation body (9) with a flat package e.g. document, for individual processing. The body has a drive roller (6) acting on a lower side of the package in a friction fitting manner, where the roller is pivotably supported around a horizontal axis and extends transverse to a conveying direction. A guide roller (11) has a recess provided at the circumference for cooperating with the drive roller. The guide roller detains the package, where the rollers form a slot-like opening (12).
