Abstract (en)
The head has outer shapes (15, 16) carried by flanges (7, 8) permitting engagement of one of ladder rungs (4) or one of posts (5, 5`) between cutting edges (13, 13`) of the head for spacing of planes (1, 2). The post is situated in a middle of the rung on an inner surface of columns (17, 18) of the plane (1). Return supports on the columns of the plane (2) in a manner to rigidify the transformable ladder into painter`s ladder.

L'invention est relative à deux têtes d'articulations (3) (3') destinées à équiper les échelles transformables. La caractéristique principale de l'invention réside dans le fait que l'un des échelons (4) ou l'un des plots (5) (5') situé au milieu de l'intervalle des dits échelons sur la face intérieure des montants du plan (1), viennent s'engager intuitivement entre les lèvres (13) (13') (14) (14') des dites têtes d'articulations pour la mise en écartement des plans (1) (2).
