[origin: EP1832835A1] Fixing device (5) comprises a pivoting pin (10) which rotates on a base plate (9) on which an aiming arrangement is to be directly or indirectly fixed. Preferred Features: The rotary angle of the pivoting pin is 45-135[deg], preferably 90[deg], to the base plate. An actuating element (11) rotates with the pivoting pin opposite the base plate. The actuating element is formed as a pivoting lever which is coupled with the pivoting pin.
