Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2880160A1] The module has contacts on one side, and routing traces (54) screen printed on another side and connected to through holes and chip`s bonding pads by respective ends. Routing traces (56, 58) are connected to screen printed bonding pads (57, 59) on one side and to two of chip`s pads on another side. The pads are positioned so that the pads are opposite to and connected to antenna`s bonding pads by a material forming an electric junction.
