Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1834551A1] The mirror has a clear-tinted layer (4) sandwiched between a transparent clear glass sheet (1) and another glass sheet (2), and a metallic silver film (3). The LEDs (5) are in contact with glass sheet (2) and are inserted into the clear-tinted layer. The peripheral zone (7) of transparent clear glass sheet is frosted with hydrofluoric acid or sandblasted over the perimeter of the mirror.
