[origin: EP1834705A2] A piston (24) is operatively connected to an actuating device (30) which can be manually pressed in a pumping direction, and held by a securing element (50) in a pressed-in state. The pumping direction forms approximately a right angle with the principal direction of an extent (2). A pumping device (20) has a pumping chamber (22) closed off on one side by the piston. The piston is movable longitudinally along the pumping direction to generate a discharge pressure.
