[origin: EP1835166A2] The air connection unit (10) for an air filter housing useful in internal combustion engine, comprises a connecting piece (11), in which a maintenance rate display or maintenance switch connection (12) is integrated and which is revolvably stored in a recess in the air filter housing. The connecting piece is connected to airline element, which is formed as a corrugated pipe (14) over a part of its length and ends in a connecting collar (15). An angle section having 30-40[deg], is formed as corrugated pipe and encloses the airline element in the force-free condition. The air connection unit (10) for an air filter housing useful in internal combustion engine, comprises a connecting piece (11), in which a maintenance rate display or maintenance switch connection (12) is integrated and which is revolvably stored in a recess in the air filter housing. The connecting piece is connected to airline element, which is formed as a corrugated pipe (14) over a part of its length and ends in a connecting collar (15). An angle section having 30-40[deg], is formed as corrugated pipe and encloses the airline element in the force-free condition. The airline element is formed as corrugated pipe in two angle sections and exhibits S-shaped configuration. The airline element is formed between the angle sections and as a connecting collar in end-lateral manner. The angle sections are air tightly connected with one another via a muff connection. An independent claim is included for air filter housing.
