The tank (1) has two halves (2,3) made of metal, where the two tank halves are connected with one another in a circumferential connecting area in a pressure tight and fluid tight manner. A diaphragm (5) is integrated in the connecting area, where the diaphragm separates an internal space of tank into a water space (8) and a gas space (9). The internal space of the tank is formed on both tank halves. The water space is connected with a grid type network using a connector. The diaphragm is formed of metal foil.

Ein Membrandruckausdehnungsgefäß zum Anschließen an ein Leitungsnetz mit zwei Gefäßhälften aus Metall, die in einem umfänglichen Verbindungsbereich druck- und fluiddicht miteinander verbunden sind, wobei im Verbindungsbereich eine Membran eingebunden ist, welche den von den beiden Gefäßhälften gebildeten Gefäßinnenraum in einen Wasserraum und einen Gasraum trennt, wobei der Wasserraum über einen Anschlussstutzen mit dem Leitungsnetz verbindbar ist, soll so weiter entwickelt werden, dass eine Permeation von Gas aus dem Gasraum in den Wasserraum zuverlässig vermieden wird, ohne dass dadurch der Herstell- und Montageaufwand vergrößert wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass die Membran (5,5') aus einer Metallfolie gebildet ist.
