[origin: WO2006074972A1] The invention relates to a hinge/tilt window (1) comprising a window frame (2) and a casement (3) with a casement frame (4) that can be tilted about a horizontal rotational axis (X) and about a vertical rotational axis in relation to the window frame (2). The window also comprises a hinge/tilt shank for opening and closing the casement (3), said hinge/tilt shank (6) having a main arm (10) that is hinged on the casement frame (4) for tilting the casement (3) and a gear with multiple articulations (11) that is hinged on the main arm (10) and the window frame in order to rotate the casement about the vertical rotational axis. A drive device (12), which is driven by an electric motor, comprises a feed chain (14) for opening the casement (3) into its tilted position and for closing the casement (3) from the tilted position.
