Abstract (en)
The method involves winding of a wire section to a wire hoop section (18). The wire hoop section is reshaped to a cone-shaped jacket (20). The wire section is truncated by a wire strand (10). The wire hoop section is truncated after the winding from the wire strand. The wire section before the winding is reshaped to a rectangular wire section (14). The rectangular wire section is formed by rolling or stretching of the wire strand or the wire section. An independent claim is also included for a cone jacket of a wire section.

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer konusförmigen Hülse (20), bei dem ein Drahtabschnitt (10, 14) zu einem Drahtringsegment (18) gewickelt wird und anschließend dieses Drahtringsegment (18) zur konusförmigen Hülse (20) umgeformt wird. Das vorgeschlagene Verfahren ist gegenüber der bekannten spanenden Fertigung von Konushülsen kostengünstiger und ressourcensparender.
