Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1837126A2] The tool (10) has a housing with a handle, and a head lever (22) for transferring a torque initiated in a workpiece. A measuring unit (50) is provided for electronic detection of the transferred torque. A measuring and control electronic circuit (52) is adapted to process seized torque. A trip switch (56) is controlled by the measuring and control electronic circuit for producing a torque with a desired value. A power and/or voltage amplifier (60) is adapted to amplify mechanical and/or electrical power or voltage for the trip switch.
