Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1837717A1] The barrel has a cover (20) closing a cylindrical drum (12) at its upper axial end and comprising a lower peripheral axial skirt (36) driven on an outer axial wall (30) of the drum for retaining the cover on the drum. The outer axial wall of the drum has a radial surface (40) that is oriented towards the bottom. The axial skirt of the cover comprises an inner side (42) having a radial surface (44) that is oriented towards the top. The radial surfaces (40, 44) are provided facing each other in a manner to axially retain the cover on the drum in case of a shock.
