Abstract (en)
[origin: WO2006077079A1] The invention relates to an optoelectronic unit for guiding the vision of the patient during the examination or documentation of fundus of the eye. In the inventive solution for internal guiding vision in fundus cameras, a surface light modulator (1) for generating the fixing mark (2) is provided that comprises a projection lens (3) from which the displayed fixing mark (2) is projected onto the fundus of the eye (8) via a semi-reflecting mirror (5), which is placed in an observation beam path (4), and via a folding mirror (7) that is situated in a documentation beam path (6). The surface light modulator (1) is connected via a control unit (9) to an actuating element (10) for positioning the fixing mark (1). The device, which is preferably provided for fundus cameras, enables an easier diagnosis of diseases of the fundus of the eye by virtue of the fact that the documented recordings can be exactly reproduced and thus can be exactly compared. Progressions of disease, in particular, can be followed better and depicted in this manner.
