[origin: WO2006074967A1] The invention relates to a device (10) for detecting the position of an actuating handle (20) and/or of a casement (F), a door leaf or the like, which comprises at least one radio-controlled switch (30, 130) which after actuation of a switch element (34, 134) generates and transmits an identifiable radio signal and generates the power required for doing so by itself. At least one actuating element (50, 150) couples an adjusting and/or rotational movement of the actuating handle (20) and/or a swiveling movement of the casement (F), the door leaf or the like with the switching element (34, 134) of the radio-controlled switch (30, 130) in such a manner that, once any functional position of the handle (20) and/or a position of the casement (F), the door leaf or the like is reached, the switching element (34, 134) can be actuated. The actuating element (50, 150) is a plate cam, a control drum (52) or the like that can be engaged with the actuating handle (20) in a rotationally fixed manner. Additionally or alternatively thereto, the actuating element (50, 150) may be a pin (151) that can be engaged with the casement (F), the door leaf or the like.
