Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1839855A2] The device has a roll changer (06) carrying a material roll (08), and an angle bar (07) arranged in a path between the changer and a web processing and handling unit (01). The bar is inclined around 45 degrees to a transport direction of web (03), where the unit has a rotating printing cylinder that cooperates with the web. The bar in the height of a printing machine is arranged above the height of the cylinder. The bar has outlets for passing of fluid. An independent claim is also included for a method of feeding web to a web processing and handling unit of a web processing and handling machine.
