Abstract (en)
The arrangement has a cascode circuit with two metal oxide semiconductor (MOS) transistors (12, 14), where a series connection of a load (10) lies between supply terminals (20, 22). The transistors have load lines that are switched in series, and a control line (17) that is connected with the load. The control line is switched at a provided gate potential, where the gate potential is variable and is provided by a control circuit (R). The control circuit provides the gate potential in the control line, such that the current is kept constant by the load over the transistor (14).

Schaltungsanordnung zur Spannungserzeugung mit einer zwischen Versorgungsklemmen (20, 22) liegenden Reihenschaltung eines Verbrauchers (10) und einer Kaskodenschaltung mit zwei Transistoren (12, 14) deren Laststrecken in Reihe geschaltet sind und wobei an einem Steueranschluss (17) des mit dem Verbraucher (10) verbundenen ersten Transistors (12) ein von einer Regelschaltung (R) bereitgestellten Potential angelegt wird.
