Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1841286A2] The method involves producing a current value of a parameter by changing an initial value by a user or automatically by signal analysis and control unit. Memory value, which is different from the initial and current values is automatically determined, so that the memory value is approximated, based on the initial value, to the current value of the parameter based on the length of time, for which the current value is adjusted. The new initial value is determined and stored, where the new initial value can be adjusted after activation and shifting of the memory value. An independent claim is also included for a hearing aid device carried at or in an ear of a hearing aid device carrier.
