Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2879933A1] The chamber walls is made of glass and/or ceramics and/or a polymer, which contains a material having low capacity of nitrogen and hydrogen atoms, and equipped with the electrical field. A gaseous plasma results post-discharge flux contacted with the surface of the object, which is heated at 60[deg]C. The discharge flux is injected through the conduits and internal cavities of an instrument to sterilize the products. An independent claim is included for a sterilization process.
