[origin: EP1842896A2] Preparation of combustible pellets under the use of lignite xylitol, comprises separating lignite xylitol from the partially overgrown lignite by crushing and classification process, crushing and/or defibrating the lignite xylitol and pressing the crushed lignite xylitol, where the amount of water content in the lignite xylitol after the drying process is = 25%, preferably = 12%. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a large piece chimney fuel, obtained by pressing the obtained dried lignite xylitol, where the mixture does not contain ignition improver or burn-up accelerator additive materials; and (2) a charcoal substituted component comprising equally sized coke on the basis of the lignite xylitol.
