Heat treatment method for workpieces comprises heat treating the workpieces at more than 600[deg]C, preferably more than 750[deg]C, in a treatment atmosphere, injecting a propellant gas into the heat treatment oven and circulating the atmosphere using the gas to reduce inhomogeneities.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von Werkstücken in einem Wärmebehandlungsofen, wobei die Behandlungsatmosphäre in dem Wärmebehandlungsofen umgewälzt wird. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein Treibgas so in den Wärmebehandlungsofen eingedüst, dass die Behandlungsatmosphäre im Wesentlichen durch das eingedüste Treibgas umgewälzt wird.
