[origin: EP1843086A1] The lamp (1) has a light source in the form of an LED (2), and a lens (4) mounted between the LED and a reflector (3). The reflector is designed in such a manner that the light emitted from the LED and reflected from the reflector forms a cone of light, whose extension in the lateral direction is larger than in the longitudinal direction. The lens and the reflector are aligned with respect to one another, such that the light from the lens is effectively used.
