Abstract (en)
The exchanger (1) has a large diameter tubular part (2) forming a combustion chamber, and two small diameter pipes (4, 5) disposed with respect to each other, where the diameter of the tubular part is 2 or 2.5 times the diameter of the pipes. A bi-conical connecting rod (3) is fixed to the tubular part and the pipes. The tubular part, connecting rod and the pipes form an open ring while leaving a central space of the ring to be free. An exhaust manifold (8) is arranged perpendicular to a downstream end of the pipes.

Dispositif d'échangeur thermique 1 de brûleur à gaz de four de cuisine, comprenant une partie tubulaire 2 de grand diamètre formant chambre de combustion, deux conduites de petit diamètre 4, 5 et un tronc biconique de raccordement 3 entre la partie tubulaire 2 de grand diamètre et les conduites de petit diamètre 4, 5, la partie tubulaire 2 de grand diamètre, le tronc biconique de raccordement 3, et au moins une conduite de petit diamètre 4, 5 formant un anneau ouvert laissant libre un espace central.
