The electric arc contact pin (1) has a contact tip (5) welded at a conductive material, and a reinforcing unit (17) extending inside the pin upto the contact tip, where the contact tip is made of a fire resistant material and the reinforcing unit is made of a mechanically firm material. A core, extending through the pin upto the contact tip, is provided as the reinforcing unit, where the pin is made of the conductive material with small specific resistance.

Es wird ein Lichtbogenkontaktstift (1) aus einem Leitermaterial mit geringem spezifischen Widerstand zur Verfügung gestellt, welcher eine Kontaktspitze (5) aus abbrandfestem Material und ein sich bis in die Kontaktspitze (5) erstreckendes Verstärkungselement (17) aus einem im Vergleich zum Leitermaterial mechanisch festen Material aufweist.
