[origin: WO2006060997A1] The invention relates to a glass cleaning device which comprises a wiper rail produced from a base rail having a receiving groove for a wiper blade rubber element and a connecting piece for a handle. The aim of the invention is to substantially reduce the costs for producing a device of the aforementioned kind and to reduce its environmental impact. For this purpose, the base rail (1) comprises a first hollow profile having a narrow passage (5) for the wiper blade rubber element (4) in which a rail (2), configured as a second hollow profile having a narrow exit (6) for the wiper blade rubber element (4), is retained so as to be displaced in parallel in the direction of the narrow passage (5). A retaining rail (3) is disposed in the rail (2) and is configured as a third hollow profile having a narrow passage (7) for the wiper blade rubber element (4).
