[origin: WO2006082206A1] The first aspect of the invention relates to a profiled rail (1) comprising a mounting part (40) for the mounting thereof on facilities provided on the front section of the sales area of a table and a supporting part (50) for removably fixing communications media, wherein the supporting part (50) is embodied in a form of a semicylinder and is provided with at least two longitudinal grooves (51, 52, 53, 54) embodied on the front surface thereof and each groove (51, 52, 53, 54) is opened to a channel (61, 62, 63, 64) formed inside the supporting part (50). The second aspect of said invention relates to a communications medium device comprising a fixing part for mounting it on the rail fixed to the table front face, wherein said fixing part is provided with facilities for removably fixing said device to the rail supporting part of the first aspect of the invention. An assembly provided with the rail of the first aspect of the invention to which the communication medium device of the second aspect thereof is fixed is also disclosed.
