Abstract (en)
The system has a porous plate for fluidizing a portion of a powder e.g. food powder, in a pressurized pot (4). A tube dipping into the fluidized powder is discharged to an outside of the pot. A pipe continuously supplies gas for pressurizing the pot, and for mixing the gas with the fluidized powder leaving the tube. The pipe has an adjustable constriction that creates a head loss between upstream and downstream ends. A hose (7) connected to the downstream end of a mixing chamber, transports the powder mixed with the gas.

Ce dispositif comprend des moyens (104-107) de fluidisation (F 2 ) du produit pulvérulent dans un réservoir fermé (4), un tube (110) plongeant dans le produit fluidisé (L 4 ) et débouchant (110B) à l'extérieur du réservoir (4) ainsi que des moyens (S 2 ,C 2 ) de mise en pression du réservoir. Le dispositif comprend en outre un moyen (C 3 ) d'amenée permanente du gaz de mise en pression du réservoir (4) vers une chambre (V 6 ) de mélange de ce gaz avec le produit fluidisé sortant du tube (110), ce moyen d'amenée (C 3 ) étant équipé ou constituant une restriction réglable (R 3 ) à l'écoulement du gaz de mise en pression. Un tuyau (7) de transport du produit pulvérulent mélangé au gaz de mise en pression est raccordé en aval de la chambre de mélange (V 6 ).
