Abstract (en)
The cylinder has a housing in which a connecting rod unit (3) is supported in a linearly movable manner. A damper sleeve (5) attached to the connecting rod unit engages in front-side bearing units in end positions. A groove (8) of the damper sleeve is provided in a casing surface (9) axial to the damper sleeve, where the groove has different large cross-section areas based on higher speeds, loads, inertia and/or acceleration to be braked and necessary braking distance.

Bei einem Pneumatikzylinder mit Endlagendämpfung mit einem Gehäuse (1) in welchem zumindest ein Schubstangenelement (3) linear bewegbar gelagert ist, wobei dem Schubstangenelement (3) zumindest eine Dämpferhülse (5) zugeordnet ist, welche in den Endlagen in stirnseitige Lagerelemente (2.1, 2.2) eingreift und zur Endlagendämpfung und Entlüftung die Dämpferhülse (5) oder deren Lagerung (13) zumindest eine Einkerbung (8) aufweist, welche in einer Mantelfläche (9) in etwa axial zu der Dämpferhülse (5) oder in deren Lagerung (13) vorgesehen ist, soll die Einkerbung in Abhängigkeit der abzubremsenden Masse und/oder Beschleunigung sowie des erforderlichen Bremsweges querschnittlich unterschiedlich grosse Querschnittsbereiche (I-IV) aufweisen.
