[origin: EP1845318A2] The method involves regulating a flow control via an upper exhaust collector (7), a lower exhaust collector (2), a guide plate, a lateral opening (6) and a baffle (4). A temperature sensor (8) is arranged in the upper exhaust collector and above the baffle found in a lateral opening in a side turned away from a setting up space. The temperature of the heater detected by the sensor is cut off during operation of the heater when the temperature falls below a certain temperature difference. An independent claim is also included for a flow control for heaters.
